Cellulite – What Is It And What Treatments Work Best?

Cellulite: All women know what it is, right? However, the medical community has a lot of differences and controversies about what it is and whether it is really true. The WebMD website says “Your name makes it look like a medical condition!” Then, this “non-medical” status affects 80% to 90% of adult women and is deeply worried! It costs hundreds of millions of dollars each year to try to treat it. If all this does not make cellulite a real condition worthy of our doctors’ respect and attention, then there is a problem! Still, it seems horrible and its “physical condition” has many names that are applied to what we usually call fat, such as fat edema, deformed dermopanniculose, state protrusus dermis and lipodystrophy gynoid. Common nicknames for cellulite include cellulite syndrome, cheese skin, quilted mattress skin and cushion skin.

There are several “causes” (including genetics) involved, but we are not sure. Cellulite (cellulite cupping results) is rare in men: Is it related to hormones? Why does cellulite mainly affect the abdomen, buttocks and thighs? Why are these aspects? No one knows, but it suggests a hormone-mediated mechanism. Recalling stretch marks (atrophic streaks) and their common range, very similar! Cellulite also occurs during estrogen activity: adolescence, pregnancy and menopause.

Most of us, doctors and patients recognize that cellulite is an irregular, wrinkled and irregular skin surface that affects large areas. The dimples on your face may be cute, but not on the thighs! The thighs, especially the outside of the thighs, appear to be the most affected areas. At the micro level, we know that the structure of the skin is doing something, which makes it look uneven, wrinkled and unsightly. It appears to be a superficial fat subcutaneous tissue that protrudes under the skin by a tight fibrous connective tissue (which is assumed to act as a fat retaining wall) (without a true protruding bulge). We consider the sum of all these protrusions to be the general appearance of the surface of the skin filled with bumps and bumps. This reminds how the material of the pillow protrudes between the buttons of the seat cushion!

There are now many “choices” for treating cellulite. Recently Google searched for “cellulite treatment” and found 1.4 million views! But is it really effective? Dr. Molly Wanner (Harvard University Dermatologist) said “there is no cure for cellulite.” Michael McGuire, a well-known dermatologist at UCLA, has accepted (“New York Times” article, 2009).

Weight loss and strength training should help, but they are not always the solution! Cellulite is not always associated with overweight or loss of shape. Thin or overweight: You can still have cellulite. Many slim and slim women are suffering from cellulite.

Changes in dietary habits and supplements, which will help combat orange peel including the use of ginkgo leaves, hibiscus, grape seed bioflavonoids, raccoon extract, evening primrose oil, fish oil, omega 3 and 6, lecithin soybeans, green tea , milk thistle and niacin. Objective: To increase metabolism, increase blood circulation, increase cell nutrition, and increase metabolism/lipid decomposition. The so-called anti-fat diet is designed to reduce inflammation, increase blood circulation and increase fat metabolism. It is difficult to prove or refute any of these statements or to determine if these expected effects have actually occurred.

Orange peel cream usually contains methyl jaundice known to reduce vascular mobility, reduce tissue fluids and increase fat metabolism (theophylline, aminophylline, caffeine) in the form, but they even manage through the skin? Can the concentration reach an effective level? Do you have enough time to make real changes? The evidence does not prove these creams and their effectiveness. The reduction in tissue fluid has the effect of temporarily reducing the appearance of cellulite (cellulite cupping results).
